PRODUCT & COMPATIBILITY. I confirm that I am familiar with the product and its intended use. I have verified the model, caliber, specifications and compatibility with my unit before purchase.
CUSTOMER’S FINAL DECISION. I understand that Lynx FA staff may provide information, suggestions or recommendations, but the final choice and responsibility for the product selected is mine. A staff recommendation does not guarantee compatibility, performance or a particular result.
UPGRADES & PERFORMANCE. I understand that aftermarket parts, springs, kits, magazines, optics, electronics and other upgrades may change the function, reliability, feel or performance of my unit. Results may vary depending on the unit, configuration, installation and use.
INSTALLATION ACKNOWLEDGMENT. If I request Lynx FA or its technician to install an aftermarket part or upgrade, I understand and accept the normal risks and possible changes associated with that modification. Lynx FA and its technician shall not be responsible for the cost of additional upgrades, adjustments or replacement parts solely because the modification does not produce my preferred result, except where liability cannot legally be excluded.
RETURNS / WARRANTY. Change of mind, personal preference, or an incorrect selection made or approved by me is not grounds for refund, exchange or replacement. Manufacturing defects and valid warranty claims remain subject to the manufacturer’s warranty, Lynx FA policy and applicable law.
CUSTOMER CONFIRMATION. I was given an opportunity to ask questions before purchase/installation. I understand the product or upgrade selected, its purpose and possible effects, and I voluntarily authorize the purchase and/or installation.
